This notice explains what information may be provided to Investo, how it may be used, and how to handle sensitive verification information safely.
1. Information you provide
When you contact Investo or submit an enquiry, you may provide information such as your name, contact details, requested service and other information necessary to respond.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, communicate about account onboarding, support transactions, meet applicable verification requirements and protect the service from misuse or fraud.
3. Sensitive information
Do not send passports, identity documents, bank passwords, card PINs, recovery phrases, private keys or one-time security codes through ordinary email or Telegram. Opening an account uses a simple form. Identity documents (ID or passport, selfie, proof of address) are collected only when required for deposits of $5,000 and above, uploaded in My account, stored encrypted, accessed only by authorised compliance staff (every access is logged), never shared, and deleted on request.
4. Service providers
Investo may use hosting, form processing, analytics, market-data and communication providers to operate the website and services. Such providers may process information only as needed for their respective services.
5. Retention and security
Reasonable safeguards should be used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
