Opening an account is a simple form: name, email, phone and country. Identity verification has two levels. A photo ID and a selfie are required before a single deposit of $5,000 or more. Proof of address and a bank statement are required once your total deposits pass $100,000. Documents are uploaded exclusively in My account on investo.money, are stored encrypted, and are never requested by email, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Investo should not need your bank password, card PIN, one-time security code, crypto recovery phrase or private key to process a normal enquiry. If someone claiming to represent Investo asks for unusual credentials or directs you to an unofficial website, stop and verify through the official contact details on this page.
